People are always saying ”seeing is believing”. You can read all the books in the world, but you need to get into the world to experience it firsthand. Travelling acts as a mirror on ourselves and reflects the world around us. By travelling we look deeper into the mirror, past our own reflection-beyond our borders, and beyond what we know.
Travelling is a microcosm of life. Many paths lead to many different destinations, and different actions lead to many different results. We make many choices, each leading to valuable experience.
Even though we may travel a long time, far from home, and perhaps exhaust our bodies, but we enrich our souls. “Leaping over far horizon” is not about learning the secrets to the mysteries to life, but about using the courage and insight within us to find truth and beauty wherever we may go.
